Send a DMCA notice

Email tv@realgames.ai with:

• Your legal name, company name if applicable, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The HeyRuby title, episode, URL, screenshot, or other details that let us locate the material.
• A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to tv@realgames.ai. Include your contact information, the removed material and location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction required by the DMCA, and your physical or electronic signature.
